McIntyre Elwell & Strammer General Contractors, Inc. is a Sarasota, Florida based company that specializes in all types of Commercial Building Construction throughout the State of Florida. Founded in 1987, ME&S has successfully completed $480 Million in construction contracts. The Company’s projected 2007 Sales Volume is $70 Million and the Company employs approximately 75 people. The majority of the Company’s work is for repeat clients on a negotiated basis.

 

The Company’s three owners combine over 90 years proven commercial building construction experience and actively participate in every project we build. We have never failed to complete any contract on time and have never been involved in any litigation with a client. The Company has been providing Construction Management and General Contracting Services for over 20 years.
