This project consists of a 68-unit, 3-story, 53,000s.f. Senior Housing Apartment Buildings for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The structure is concrete and masonry with precast hollow core slab floors and wood roof trusses, with a painted stucco exterior and asphalt shingles. The project was completed in November 2004.
